Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Bryan Sekine. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, email bryan.sekine.design@gmail.com and ask.

What this site collects

Information you submit. The booking form and the contact form collect what you type into them: your name, email address, and — depending on the form — a phone number, event date, event type, venue city, guest count, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing is required except the fields marked as required.

Referral information. When you arrive, the site records the page you landed on, the website that referred you (if any), and any campaign tags present in the link you followed. These are stored in your browser's session storage and attached to a form submission if you send one, so I can tell which listing or link an inquiry came from. They are cleared when you close the tab.

Analytics — none. This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. Nobody is building a profile of you here.

Fonts. Page type is served from Google Fonts, so loading a page makes a request to Google's font servers, which necessarily sees your IP address. That is the only third-party request this site makes.

What this site does not collect

• No accounts, logins, or passwords — there is nothing here to sign into.
• No payment information. Nothing is sold or processed on this site.
• No sensitive personal information, and nothing knowingly collected from children.

How the information is used

Solely to answer you and to arrange work you have asked about. A phone number you provide is used to reply about your inquiry — this site does not run text message marketing and will not add you to a messaging list.

Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is shared only where necessary with the service providers that host this site and deliver its form submissions, or where the law requires it.

Where it is stored

This is a static website hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are captured and stored by Netlify Forms and forwarded to my email. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms. Email correspondence is retained in my inbox for as long as it is useful for the working relationship.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all. It uses your browser's session storage for the referral information described above, which is not shared across sites and is discarded when you close the tab. You can block site data entirely in your browser settings and nothing here will break.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask me to delete it. Email bryan.sekine.design@gmail.com and I will action it. Deleting an inquiry means I no longer have the context for it, so mention if you would like a summary kept.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be described on this page rather than made silently.
